Account & Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time via your Membership Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account.
  3. Scroll to Membership at the very bottom of the page to find the cancellation option.
Important: Upon cancellation, your accumulated entries will be deleted and cannot be transferred if you rejoin. To maximise your benefits, we recommend cancelling closer to your renewal date, as dashboard access becomes limited immediately after cancellation.

You can update your name, phone number, and address directly in your My Account page.

Please note that we are currently unable to change the email address associated with your membership.

If you are having trouble logging in, make sure you are using the email address used during sign-up.

If you signed up with an incorrect or inaccessible email address, you will need to create a new account using the correct email address.

Dashboard & Technical Help

Use the "Reset Password" link on the login page.

  • Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
  • If our support team has provided you with a temporary password, please update it immediately upon logging in.

If your dashboard isn't reflecting recent updates or entries, please log out and log back in. This usually triggers a refresh that resolves most display issues.

Entries & Giveaways

RS Rewards no longer uses individualised entry numbers. This allows for a more streamlined draw process. Your name is entered into our system for the total number of entries you have accumulated.

Once a giveaway has officially ended, entry totals for that draw are locked and no longer visible on the dashboard.

For a record of a recent one-time purchase, check your email inbox (including your spam folder) for your purchase confirmation email.

Our draws take place via Facebook Live. Follow us on Facebook to get notified when we go live.

Eligibility & Refunds

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over where the promotion is permitted.

If you reside in a state where the promotion is not permitted, we will process a full refund for your purchase.

Please check our Terms & Conditions page for current eligibility — purchases made during an eligible period are valid and non-refundable.

Approved refunds typically take 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

Winners

Winners are contacted directly via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. We also announce winners during the livestream and publish names on our website.

Troubleshooting

If your purchase was unsuccessful, please check with your bank or card provider to ensure there are no blocks on the transaction. Once resolved, you can attempt the purchase again through the dashboard.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.

You can opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any RS Rewards email.
